Do you have herbs growing in the garden and thinking “now what”? Cooking with fresh herbs creates dishes that taste garden fresh. After removing the stems chop or mince the leaves with a knife or scissors just before using. Fresh herbs can easily be added to grilled or cooked vegetables, sauces and soups, marinades and to salads. When possible, add them at the end of the recipe to retain their flavor.
