Adopt a Community Giving Garden Plot is a commitment as a business, organization or individual to plant the plot, maintain the plot, harvest the plot and donate to Caring Hands Food Bank and the Altoona Senior Meal Site. All sponsors will have an engraved sign with your name placed in your adopted plot. Upon filling out and submitting the Sponsor Form your designated Contact Person will be assigned to and contacted by a member of the Altoona Community Garden Team.

Sponsors can donate plants and seeds although the Altoona Community Garden raised $240 in 2014 to help with plants/seeds for this year’s community giving plots. Any additional donations of plants/seeds can be shared with the Kids Club Plan & Learn plots.
