Reduce Stress

Stress! We all experience it and we are supposed to at some level. It can be good for us when our safety is at issue or to help us do our best performance. However, if you live with high levels of stress all of the time and do not manage your stress then it causes mayhem on our mental and physical health. The Change 3 Challenge gives you an opportunity to really concentrate on reducing and/or managing your stress.

Stress isn’t experienced just by adults. It affects children too and more than ever before. Children’s every day life is impacted by higher degrees of expectations from outside influences and maybe even themselves. Being popular, achieving in school, achieving in sports, being connected by social media have all increased stress levels in children. Children have less down time and less time to be carefree. So, if you are a parent or grandparent, the best gift you can give them is to understand what stress is and how to manage it now so that it doesn’t have negative impacts on their lives and health now and later in life. This video is interesting and geared to youth. It’s definitely worth watching and a great teaching tools for your children.
